THE APP IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT.
All content generated by the App — including hair loss assessments, Norwood classifications, graft estimations, technique recommendations, cost estimates, risk factor analyses, and AI chat responses — is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional medical advice.
You should always consult a qualified, licensed medical professional or board-certified hair transplant surgeon before making any decisions about hair transplant surgery or any other medical procedure.
Reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk. We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on the App's output.

Usage credits (analyses and chat messages) reset at the start of each new billing period upon successful renewal. Unused credits do not carry over.
If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly stated in the App. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to subscribed features until the period ends.
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply from the next renewal period.

All content, design, code, AI models, report templates, and branding in the App are the exclusive property of Hair Sim AI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reports and simulation images generated for you are for your personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or claim authorship of AI-generated content from the App.
The App integrates third-party services including:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which we operate, to the extent permitted by law.
