By downloading, installing, or using Pose Like X ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pose Like X is an AI-powered mobile application that allows users to generate pose-based images. Users upload reference photos, and the App uses artificial intelligence to produce new images based on those references.

3. Account and Authentication

The App creates an anonymous account via Firebase Authentication when you first open it. No personal information such as name, email, or phone number is required. You are responsible for maintaining access to the device associated with your account. Anonymous accounts cannot be recovered once lost.

4. Subscription and Payment

Pose Like X offers a weekly auto-renewable subscription priced at $4.99 per week, providing unlimited access to AI pose generation features.

• Subscription Period: 1 week (auto-renewable).
• Price: $4.99 USD per week.
• Access: Unlimited AI pose generations during each active billing cycle.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews each week unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Ars Programmatica a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating AI images as part of the App's functionality.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload any content you provide, and that such content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

6. Generated Content

AI-generated images produced by the App are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. We do not claim ownership of generated images. However, we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated content.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Create content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Generate deceptive or misleading content, including deepfakes intended to harm or deceive others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or manipulate generation credits.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Firebase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, and Wiro AI for its functionality. Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. For details on how your data is handled by these services, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated results may vary and are not guaranteed to meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ars Programmatica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

11. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described therein.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
