• Device or Other IDs — Advertising ID and Firebase App Instance ID, collected automatically by Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat SDK.
• App Activity — Screens viewed, features used, and session data, collected automatically by Firebase Analytics to help us improve the App.
• Purchase History — Subscription type, purchase date, and renewal status, managed by Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.
• User-Generated Content — AI prompts you enter and the video generation results and history stored in Firebase Firestore when you use AI generation features.
• Uploaded Files — Images you upload to transform into videos, stored temporarily in Firebase Storage for processing purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate you and maintain your account
• To provide and improve AI video generation features
• To manage your subscription status and entitlements
• To store your generation history and preferences
• To analyze app usage and fix bugs via Firebase Analytics
• To send important updates related to your account or our services

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. User Responsibility and Content Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for all content you provide to the App, including but not limited to images you upload, text prompts you enter, and any other input used to generate video content.

You are also solely responsible for any AI-generated output produced by the App based on your inputs. We do not review, verify, endorse, or assume liability for any content generated through the App.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to upload and use any images or content you provide
• Your inputs do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• You will not use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• You will not use AI-generated content in any manner that violates applicable laws or the rights of others

We expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from or related to your use of AI-generated content. Under no circumstances shall we be held responsible for any legal claims, damages, losses, or consequences resulting from content you create, generate, distribute, or publish using the App.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your inputs, generated outputs, or any use thereof.

We share data only with the third-party services listed in Section 4 and only as necessary to operate the App. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other parties.

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded files are stored only as long as needed for processing and are deleted thereafter.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately at info@arsprogrammatica.com and we will delete it.

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
